Beschreibung

I am a solo singer, songwriter originally from Kenya but living in Berlin. I have had a wonderful and colourful career in music for over 15 years. I was privileged to sing at the Opening Ceremony of the 2010 Fifa World Cup, been featured on CNN African Voices, sang all over the world and have songs on YouTube with over 60 Million hits.

I love stripped down acoustic music with a little 'African' flare. We are a 4 piece band who play a combination of old classics from the 60's all the way to the newest hits today while adding a little bit of my African heart and sound. Depending on budget and the event, we also do a 3 piece and also duo gigs. We will bring soul and passion to your stage- that's a guarantee :)

If you would like to send us a request in German, please feel free as my band members speak German.

I have been a singer for over 15 years. I did a masters in Journalism and media but all through my studies, I worked at a theatrical music venue and was part of a band that gigged around Africa.

I sang at the opening ceremony of the Fifa World Cup 2010 which was the most exhilerating experience and then soon after started a unique YouTube channel. On my channel, I take already existing classic songs and 'Africanized' them, collaborating with some of the big names on YouTube such as Lindsey Stirling, Peter Hollens, Alex Boye, Ana Free and many more.

I have done short tours in the US with Alex Boye, a tour in Italy with Ilaria Deal Bidia (sings with Andrea Bocceli) and a tour in India with Salim and Sulaiman Merchant.

One of my most humbling experiences was when I got featured by CNN African Voices as a Voice of the future of my Country. I simply just love to sing and perform.
