Saxophonistin Simona
Simona ist seit 2012 in der Berliner Jazzszene unterwegs. Sie hat sowohl am Konservatorium in Ljubljana, als auch am Jazz Institut Berlin studiert, wo sie 2016 ihren Abschluss machte.
Seitdem ist die zweifache Preisträgerin des slowenischen Jazz Preises ein fester Bestandteil der Berliner Musikszene und spielt ebenfalls regelmäßig in europäischen und auch internationalen Ausland.
Seit 2016 arbeitet sie mit verschiedenen Bands und als Solo Saxophonistin. Je nach Anlass spielt sie im Jazz Duo oder Solo mit Begleitmusik vom Band.
Sie ist spezialisiert auf Bigbandmusik, Jazz Sandards, Lateinamerikanischen Musik, Pop, Soul und Swing Musik.
