Here is a guideline on how to book a band, musician, DJ, show act, dancer or speaker through our website for your business event or other special occasion.

How does eventpeppers work?

eventpeppers is a booking platform for musicians and other entertainment artists. These artists present themselves on our website via their personal profile and thus can be contacted directly by interested clients to discuss a potential booking.

How can I contact my artist of choice?

In case you have found one or more interesting artists through our search function, you can get in touch with them by simply clicking on the orange button "Kostenlos anfragen" ("Send a free and noncommittal request") in their profile. You will be directed to a request form in which you can check the artist's availability as well as mention special wishes and details about your occasion.

What happens after I have sent my request?

Shortly after you have sent your request, you will receive a confirmation mail including all necessary information. The respective artist will be informed of your request simultaneously and will then get in touch with you as soon as possible - this can take up to a few days, as the artist has to prepare a fitting offer for your specific event. You can then directly discuss all open questions with the artist himself and finally either decline the offer, or make the booking official.
